IMVELO GRAPHITE

Questions

Frequently asked

Are these hand-drawn?

No. Each artwork is digitally created in a hyperrealistic graphite style from wildlife photography, then goes through extensive human editing: composition, tone and contrast are reworked and the eyes, fur and light refined by hand, piece by piece. Only the best designs are selected and test-printed. Each one is printed on archival fine-art paper so it looks and feels like a pencil drawing.

What paper do you print on?

280gsm bright white archival matte fine-art paper, with a soft, natural finish that suits graphite tones.

What sizes are available?

A4 (21 × 30 cm), A3 (30 × 42 cm), A2 (42 × 59 cm), A1 (59 × 84 cm) and A0 (84 × 119 cm). Framing is available for A4 to A2; for a framed A1 or A0, contact us for a quote.

What do the frames look like?

A modern 30mm black or white frame with a white mount and glass, ready to hang. The frame is larger than the print size because of the mount.

How long does delivery take?

Unframed: 3–5 working days to dispatch. Framed: 7–9 working days. Then 1–4 working days by courier.

How much is delivery?

R140 per order, free on orders of R1,500 or more.

Do you do corporate, office or lodge orders?

Yes. For several prints for an office, lodge or guesthouse, email us for volume pricing.

Where do the African names come from?

Each name is researched carefully in its language. If you speak the language and would like to tell us more about a name, we'd love to hear from you.

How do I pay?

Securely through PayFast: card, Instant EFT and other methods they offer. We never see or store your card details.

Can I order a custom design?
