Delivery

Every print is printed to order and sent straight from our print studio to you.
Unframed prints are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Framed prints within 7–9 working days.
Courier delivery then takes 1–2 working days to main centres and 3–4 to outlying areas.
Delivery is R140 per order, and free on orders of R1,500 or more.
We'll email your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Christmas: order framed prints by 4 December and unframed prints by 9 December for delivery before Christmas. Our print studio closes on 18 December; orders placed after that are printed when it reopens in January.

If your print arrives damaged, email a photo to imvelographite@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

Changed your mind? You may return an unframed or framed print in its original, undamaged condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email us first; return courier costs are for your account. We refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded at our cost.
